As the nation continues to prepare for the impacts of the Coronavirus, it is important for the series to establish a clear path and reasonable expectations before the 2020 season begins.

The Hoosier Tire Mid Atlantic Modifieds will continue on with its current schedule. However, we can only race once federal and state governments determine that the nation is no longer at risk of spreading the virus.

It is important to consider the restrictions from CONVID-19 could significantly impact the duration of the racing season. Racing is a business and also its own economy. These businesses could see their margins impacted significantly. We ask that you continue to prepare for the season in the event that we do get the green flag.

I have no intentions of altering the 2020 schedule. If certain tracks close while others stay open; we will continue to race at the ones open and treat closed speedways the same way as a rain out.
